Truck and trailer do over time

Last winter when I had 2 feet of snow banked against my barn doors, someone started a post of their trailers and parts getters. This is my '81 Ford and home made trailer. I was 35 when I bought the truck. The trailer is for going to town for a load of mulch. Sorry about the double picture, I couldn't get it to delete. Ellis

You don't live in MN, or other salt zone, do you? Fenders rust out in 7 years or so around here, and that's if you take care of them some...

Nice stuff.

I live near Cincy, plenty of salt. 2nd bed on the truck. I bought the bed from a farmer near Spencer, Iowa who had bought a truck and removed the bed and stored it in his hayloft for 25 years. It really is a plain Jane. No power steering or brakes, 4 speed standard transmission, High rear end for the expressways. Ellis
