Finding frame number on International truck

Bought a Navistar International 8100 truck out of state and can not find number stamped in frame for law to look at. Is there a certin area on frame where it is at? Thanks
They say they need this to compare to VIN number.

The cops know exactly where to look, otherwise they would have to take your word for it. Their vehicle inspectors have all the reference material, ask them.

All ih since about 68 are stamped in the frame/ The number is right even with the front
left tire. Just steer the unit real hard to the right then go in behind the left front tire. About mid way on the frame. They should have a book that tells them the location.
