update on my teeth

Went to my dentist, and he said everything looks ok for now. Also said that's not to say the nerve could die down the road, be it 3 months, 3 years, or 10 years from now, and it could be related to this, but for now it looks like I got off pretty easy. They don't hurt so bad anymore, expecting tomorrow to be back to normal, or awfully close to it.

It's atleast a little peace of mind right now, so it was worth the trip.

Good to hear, glad you're doing well!
I broke my bottom jaw into 4 pieces about 7 years ago.
Never lost a tooth, although I do have one crooked one now.
Could have been much worse but like you, no apparent nerve damage.
It really doesn't take much to damage a nerve and cause permanent damage.
Hopefully you won't have any problems down the road either! :)
 
Glad your immediate prognosis is good! I am having trouble with my 4 top front teeth. 1 had to be removed, 1 got capped, 1 died. Dentist says the rest of my mouth is healthy-he is thinking I got hit years ago and damaged the jaw. All I can remember is getting hit by a softball HARD, but in the nose.
