bf avery model a tractor

Can anyone tell me about a 1947 BF Avery mdl A tractor. This one has been sitting under some trees since in the 80"s. No rust and looks complete. Tires flat. Don"t know if engine will turn over. What would be a fair price for this one? I have not personally seen it and don"t know anything about Averys. Does it have an overhead engine?
 
Well,first,it came with a Hercules flathead IXB-3 engine,but I"ve seen other engines installled in them.Are the rear fenders good? Lots of times they are rusted badly,or even gone. Have the PTO/belt pulley unit?? Manifold good?? I guess its the single front wheel model,although they made dual fronts,and a wide front model also. Prices?? Well,vary widely,depending on location,for one thing. I gave $1000 for my 1948 "A",with hydraulic lift,PTO unit,and wide front. Came out of North Carolina. A guess?? 300-500,but a lot of unknowns there-
 
Thanks, A friend of mine say it and said it looked good and was complete. It has the single front wheel, belt pulley and even a belt to go with it. He said there was some kind of implement attached to it but didn"t know what it was, but then he doesn"t know anything about tractors. He said I could get it for 2-300 bucks but then he doesn"t know for sure either.
