NH parts books?

Has any one else had troubles with NH's online parts books? I tried looking up our 892 chopper and all I get are blank pages. I see they've changed it since last fall, but there even seems to be some newer stuff that isn't available online anymore.

Surely they can't just be done with anything to do with some of their older equipment can they?

I'm on their site almost weekly. don't get me started on how they messed it up.

Here's what I do.

1. try to get on the NH site. if fails- skip to number 3.

2. if by some miracle it works, look up parts.

3. Then I go to dubya dubya dubya dot part spring dot calm. "part" and "spring" are all one word, the rest you can figure out. You can buy online from them, but most of the time, I just take advantage of their PAL emulation.

4. curse at fiat group for being hard to deal with.

Thanks for the sites. On another subject, our 892 is equipped w/ Metalert, but we didn't get the control box for it. Is that a common thing between several models? We've never had a chopper with it yet, but I'd sure like to get it working if I could.

I know what you are saying about NH parts online.
Used to be able to use their site now it's just useless.
Sometime it works a little most times not at all. I gave up on it about 3 weeks ago.
