RANT rant

Why rant anyway? Ranting is for kids and people who think that they are constantly getting a raw deal or mistreatment. Now I am not saying that life is a bed of roses, we have to expect some bumps in the road and some failings amongst our fellow men. Some people just are not very considerate, but on the other hand some people seem to think that they are the only ones who have tough times. Be more half full than half empty. Look on the bright side. Observe how much better off you are than many others. When I have had a breakdown I have praised God that it happened nearby in a good place instead of on the interstate 100 miles away. I hope that you will consider this and be happy that this is the one and only rant that you will ever see from me.

Some people get bent out of shape about something and it helps reduce their stress level to vent a little. I'm OK with em letting off some steam.

that's good advice and though I try to practice it, I'm not always succesful. Several years ago we were moving one of our daughters and her family from Maryville to KC. About a half hour from KC tire gave out on the trailer. Well I thnked the Good Lord it was on the passenger side because changing a tire on I29 with that traffic flying by was nerve-wracking. Also while that happened several Staties raced by with sirens goin. Found out there had been a bad accident up ahead. Could be the flat tire at that time prevented us from being in the accident - Thnaked the Good Lord again! When I get stuck in traffic I often wonder if I am being held back for good reason?

sometimes people need to vent and they don't have anyone else to vent to. If I get bent and vent to the sheep and cows it just doesn't work the same as venting to someone else. :lol:
