Like a good Irish boy I picked up some cabbage and cornedbeef after church, through it in the crock pot at noon and I'm fixing some fried tators with lots of onions now. MMMM good!

Been hanging around here in nj all day, went to the shoprite, corned beef was 199 a lb and cabbage was 07 cents a lb, taters still from last falls garden, its ready right now! Make sure you save some scraps for that pup of yours!

I made our first home made pizza this evening. Didn't turn out too bad. I see areas I need to improve on it though.

Ha.
Went to the James J Hill House museum this afternoon.
Stopped by Chipotle for a big burrito on the way home.
Had to go take a 10 cent nap afterwards.

St. Paul, MN.....Summit Av. Hill was a RR tycoon, got rich building to the West Coast. Many mansions on that street. Toured that one some years ago, thought it was similar to Glensheen Mansion in Duluth. google that for history and murder angle.

Well being German I do not fall into that St. Pats day stuff much.
Tonight I am doing Fish with Lemon Spanish and curly fries. Wife and boy made a trip to town just to make sure I could fix it. The fish dish is topped with Parmacham (sp) cheese

Had a late dinner at the Pizza Ranch buffet so not
real hungry for supper. Just having a few slices
of hot pepper cheese and now I'm going to have an
ice cream cone.

My wife made a delicious home made beef stew with the beef soup bones from the steers I raise. It was delicious as always.
