| Yes, it's a saw wrest/hammer combo for setting the teeth on a large saw. Never saw a combo like that before. Cool tool. |

| | I'm not sure but I believe it's a tool for rolling edges of metal being that the head of the tool is round and the metal would fit in the slot of the tool. Maybe had two handles but not sure. We use to make much bigger tools similar to this one just to bend or straighten thick metal after heating the metal red hot. |
