This is just a mile down the road and thought all of you would enjoy these pictures. I would love to go inside this old barn and take a few pictures.

A shame they do not see fit to reroof that barn. It will be gone soon left like that... I do understand the economics of it but I would love to have a place like that and would take into consideration that need!

That would cost between $15,000 to $20,000 in standing metal seam. But it would last another 80 years or so.

Thats a straight old barn. A new roof and some work on windows and repaint that would be a nice old barn. We had several barn in the neighbor hood like that and played basketball in the hay mow when the mow started to empty out. That was the good old days.

Nice old barn, needs the roof repaired though; but I love that brick silo, don't see too many brick silo's anymore.

i sure hope somehow they put a new roof on it or it wont be around for long.it sure would be a shame to see a barn like that fall in due the the elements.

Oh, it's beautiful - both the barn and silo.

Sad, it still stands so straight...but only a matter of time with the holes in the roof.

The silo looks to be in better shape than the barn. I love old barns, for years I have wanted to build a shop in the shape of a barn like that.
