Looks like it is presently stuck over DC!
I think its a sign that congress needs to be cleaned up.

here in SE PA, the storm has been hyped plenty. About 3" and none on the roads. Big deal.

At 5:00 AM this morning the weather radio was calling for 4 to 8 inches in the Lancaster PA area.
Lots of rain but not a single snow flake all day.
