utllity tractor

Our Club is featuring utility tractors. The question has been asked: what is considered a utility tractor? Would a small standard be considered a utility tractor?

a utility tractor can be a standard front, but most have some differences over that most will have different gearing, some have a heavier duty front end for loader work weather it has a loader at the time or not most utility tractors wear r-4 tires, [ like a backhoe not r-1 or r-2 ag type tires,] most have a slightly different hydraulic set up too , there is probably some more differences im not bringing to mind now too utility tractors are made for chore type work more than crop type work
