I am wondering how to tell what plates go to what seed. i have one set of orginal deere plates and can tell on thoose but i have also got a set of plastic lustrin plates. thanks

There lots of different seed plates. Corn seeds are usually graded and sorted by size and type (flats or round) you need to look on you seed bag to determine which plate you'll need. I always buy all the seed I need in one lot then they are all the same size. If I have any left over after plating I will put them in the original bag so I know what plate size was used.

If you go to the Lincoln Ag site, makers of your plastic plates, they have the list there of the different numbers with cell sizes and what they are designed for.
