How much can I expect to pay for a complete engine overhaul on WD45?

Well the parts at left to do the complete engine overall are $674, so you can figure that plus labor, and that just depends on who you hire, due to their individual rate and the rate at which that can complete the work.

All depends on how much is needed to do it right. You have the simple parts then you have the machine shop work that should be done like doing the head which can add up real fast. Just for an example how much a head can cost. I picked up a head today for a Chev 6 cylinder and it cost the boy $500 for it. All be it a 4 cylinder head can cost less but that gives you an idea. There are a lot of nickle and dime stuff that add up. So a ball park number to me is $1500-3000.

Rebuilt mine this last spring/summer. Total cost was in the neighborhood of $1000. Around $700 for the rebuild kit, $300 for the machine work which included crank turned, rods reconditioned and block hot tanked. I did not have any head work done. I did all the labor myself.
