Got the wifes ann. present today.

Dont much care for the local J.D. dealership but they had a consignment sale today with free pancakes in the am. While I went for the pancakes I ran into a friend that had brought a couple tractors to the sale.Farmalls H and M. I know both tractors and decided to hang around. I new neither tractor looks like much but they are good runners. Ended up bringing home the H. Nice little 48. Going to need tires all the way around in the next few yrs. I will do what its suppose to. Wife wanted to go on tractor rides,this will keep up with the other H that I have. Already got a paint job lined up as well.
All in all it was a good day for Baders I think.
 
Feels good to get'em a tractor for your anniversary don't it?

I didn't even go up there today. Those high rollers from over east have a lot more money than I do. I'll save mine for Trufant in April.

I didn't know Bader's was having a consignment sale today or I would have went.
Even if just to watch.
Joan wants to do some tractor rides with our F20. Maybe this summer.....
 
I hear about the big money from over east. Those boys were spending money like they were going home and making more afterward. Good news is that I bought something to small for them to do anything with. Bought for $600. Like I said it needs paint and tires but that is it.
 
Hey I am east of all you guys and I don't have any money. I was gonna head up there today but nothing on the bid list I needed. Spent most of the weekend on the business end of a chainsaw.

Probably further east than me. I see a good amount of land in the thumb in the $6-7K per acre range. And these guys are buying 100+ acre chunks all the time.

Around my place $3-3200 is tops right now on the larger parcels.
