The preparation prior to spring arriving. The wife and I debated getting another mower to begin the season but it looks like we are putting it off for another season. I located some used parts to put ours in top order and today I began the process of doing the work to ready it for spring. I also need to go through the new to me 1750 planter along with the routine oil changes, shovel changes, see if any disk bearings need changing, etc.. I wish I could justify building a shop but for the time being I have to work around the mild days. The pole barn would not be so bad but my eye sight is such I need plenty of bright light to function. I did see the sun a few brief times this afternoon.

I plant my indoor seeds around presidents day. Got some heirloom tomatoes planted, spent part of day in town, picked up onion sets, sweet banana pepper, radish, cucumber, lettuce, brocolli, cabbages, beets, radishs seeds and other spring garden supplies, Will put some in tomorrow as I watch THE RACE. I just throw my early lettuce and radishes on a raised bed that i tilled last fall and they will come up when the soil warms enough.
