NHC 250 dual fuel line mod

I understand that this engine was used in some of the older tractors and combines.
Has anyone done this mod, and what results did you see?
I have heard that results range from none to 25 HP increase.
My 250 is in a truck, but I'd be interested to hear how the modification worked in other applications.
Thanks for any help or advice that you may have.
