hydro 1026

does anybady have any pictures of international or farmall 1026s. Dad had one when i was a kid(bought new the week i was born) and i always figured I'd like to get hold of one to rebuild someday. He used it to plow and other heavy jobs as it was his big tractor in the day. it blew the hydro when i was 10 and he traded it on a 186hydro. I still remember him sitting me down on the back steps to tell me he traded the 1026 and felling pretty sad about it.

that is a good looking rig. Dad's didn't have a cab on it though.

I went to a farm auction a few weeks ago that had a nice one with 4900 original hours.Not many people there,but it didn't matter.It sold for 14750.

Here is the one (mechanic's special) I bought for $2600.Put a seal between the injection and crankcase,and used it for a year.Then I sold it for $7500.Should have kept it.Still have the 826.
