Put tire chains on the Ford 7710 yesterday. First winter I have owned it, we will see how it works with a Gnuse bucket. Ready to go in Southeast Nebraska

Here in Missouri we have a winter weather warning starting at Midnight and going till 6PM Thursday. Calling for rain freezing rain and snow as per NOAA

You will love that Gnuse bucket!

I have 200 acres of my neighbor's disked field right east of my house, wind is from the east, 10 to 12 inches on the way....my back yard may have to wait until July!

8-12" a 30 mph wind forecasted here. I fueled up the skid loader and loader tractor. I've never seen it blow like that from the east, should be interesting.

All I have to do is go to the shed and plug in the 1086. For the first time in my 61 years I can push snow sitting in a warm cab. Dry as we are ANYTHING from above is good. Jim

I went around the corner today to plow the church parking lot . About 2-3" but it's on the north side of the building and never gets sun in the winter so it's often ice. I used the 69 Power King it scrapes close the the pavement and I can plow in 3rd gear which is real fast. And if it was slow I would do it anyway to get the seat time. Didn't do my own driveway it will be gone in a few days..... I hope.

How do you like that Ford 7710? I went to look at one just the other day but it was pretty well worn out. I found another one that i've been thinking about taking a trip to go look at.

Oregon Mo - I used to hunt at Riverbreaks state forest and stay in the state owned cabins at Big Lake. Used to eat in Oregon, Forest City and Mound City. If I remember right it is route 59 that goes through Oregon - could get pretty wicked in bad weather! Population back then was right around 900 - is it still the same?

It's been snowing lightly with a stiff east wind here since 11am

I really like it so far. Mine is 2wd with the synchromesh transmission and dual power. Shifting is really smooth and easy, just double clutch with the foot throttle. Bought mine in august and spent a day with it mowing hay, never missed a beat, was comfortable, easy to operate, plenty of power, and rode good. Like it so well I put the International 886 up for sale. I don't think you'll be disappointed by one. I was die hard Case and IH until I spent a week on the neighbors TW15.

Illinois. They keep bouncing between 2 inches and 6 inches for the area. Tractor is staying in the shed. Not really wanting to be out in the car if it is that bad, honestly.

Do you want a 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inch wide reinforced rubber strip for that instead of the steel, That is what I have on my plow and it flat squeegees the snow off anything with no damages.
Here it is across an alfalfa field.

That might work, I think I'll give it a try. I have some 1/2" rubber from a milking parlor I think I'll try that of course it won't happen til next winter The rubber is buried under the snow right now.
