O/T- Prayers for my sister's family

Received an email from my sister this morning informing me that my nephew had passed away on Sunday. He was born with hemophilia and fought it all his life. The doctors didn't give him much chance of living for more than a few years when he was born. He showed them. Unfortunately a few weeks after he got his drivers license he was involved in a car accident and broke his left leg. He was confined to a wheel chair for the rest of his life. He would suffer from terrible bleeds in his joints several times each year. His will to live and good spirits never failed him. Unfortunalely over the years I was never able to spend much time with him. My sister said he suffered a massive brain bleed on Saturday morning and there was nothing the doctors could do for him. He managed to live till he saw fifty years of age. A miracle of modern medicine. I am sure my sister and her family could use some prayers tonight if any of you feel so inclined. May my nephew Rest In Peace.

Sir, I am sorry to hear of your sudden family loss. The Lord gives and the Lord taketh away. I'm sure he is in a better place right now. My deepest sympathy to you sir and your family.

Our deepest sympathy to them. A neighbor and his family have suffered from that malady for years, and the youngest son just passed a couple of months ago. Bobby lived the best life he could- he was about fifty, and never left a wheel chair. But it was only an inconvenience to him...

praying for your nephews family, no matter what the condition a parent never should have to bury a child

My deepest sympathy & Prayers go out to you & your sisters family . Death of loved ones isn"t something we cn rejoice in . But then again , knowing that a loved one that"s suffered so much thru life is at rest & peace now . I lost my very loving & helpful brother to a motorcycle truck accident about 16 yrs ago . As much as I still hurt inside & miss him , knowing he isn"t suffering or living as a vegetable , gives me peace of mind . His life was cut short at age 45 , but he left me & other family members with great memories . As with your nephew , hang onto those good memories & absorb the comfort & peace God will bestow upon you all thru these days . God bless , Ken

Prayers sent . God has shown your family His grace many times as your nephew lived much longer than expected. With your testimony we are much more soon to realize that.

My sincere condolences, my prayers go out to you and your sisters family, it is hard to lose a loved one, I lost my uncle in December 2012, and I know it is very hard to lose a loved one, but rejoice for you will see him again.....God Bless!

Went to school with two brothers , that were hemophilic. One killed himself when he was 25. The older brother he is still living, he is about 70 now. but they had to amputate both of his legs at the knees, when he was about 30. I know both of those boys went through hell growing up.They had a younger brother , but he did not have hemophilia. He got killed in viet nam .My prayers are with you, and your sisters family.

We could all have learned from your nephew about the value of life. Prayers are sent to your Sister. Very sorry for all of your loss. Bob
