I don't mind tractor talk going OT as it probably gives some a chance to express themselves where no other opportunity exists. I am lucky enough to be able to get out and about but there are probably some here that are pretty much stuck in the house due to health. The bigger issue I see is the individual "brand" sections used for a lot of OT. The N series board has been really cluttered with a lot of OT at times and as of late, also. I really feel this area of the site should be pretty much talk about the brand listed including parts and repair information. A recent thread discussed reorganizing that section and I agree for the purpose of keeping practical information towards the front where it is easier to access. This might allow for IH, for example, to have two sections with one with the older tractors including letter series then another with 06, 56, 66, etc. again with the purpose of making info easier to find. |
