JohnDeereJimOhio 02-17-2013 08:51:36 174.231.0.212 Report to Moderator	We"ve been working on clearing out this little 1 acre woods behind my dads garage so he can put his garden out. It"s been going pretty well and we"ve got a lot of wood out of it so far.. I just bought this crawler last fall and this has been the first project with it. It is a lot nicer pushing all the brush with it than by hand lol. I"m pushing it all into a pile at the end of the property. There is too much and neighbors are too close to burn it.. We will also use this to shoot are guns into.. There is a nice hill behind it.. These pictures are of the areas cleaned up. The crawler, and my family wife,kids, and dad running the 730 with a splitter and stacking wood.. [Reply]   [No Email]

The MC/40/420/430 were not called Lindemans. JD Jim- whats the box under the seat? Looks uncomfortably high. And what happened to the right fender? It's cocked way up. Factory they sit level. I switched my puller to a pan seat and had that laying around. It does sit up much higher but u can see better. Also my dad and I both are too tall where it was from factory.. It was very uncomfortable.. The fender wAs like that when I bought it I'm guessing got bent from a log or something. [Reply]  [No Email]

There was barely room to back a hayrack full of logs in beside the splitter. I could stand between the hay rack and splitter and pivot on one foot to grab another piece and there was no picking up from the ground. The hayrack still has a few chain saw marks from cutting those logs. On the other side of the splitter I had a 20 or 24 foot, can't quite remember, Case elevator that ran it up to a wagon. It sat in the wagon for a year to dry before I used it. Dad would come out from town and split for an hour or so every day just to have something to do. It'd take him about a month to split up the hayrack load.Jim [Reply]  [No Email]

It's no speed demon all that work was done in first gear.. Ill be down tomorrow since I'm off work I will get some more pictures of it pushing..
