OT, Toy auction commission

Hi guys,
Am looking for feedback on what guys that want to sell toys by an auction service would think a reasonable commission rate might be. I am involved with our family auction business ,and I am trying to set up a toy auction and have heard some scary commission rates. I want to be reasonable with the rate but after one gets so low it wont even pay the expenses.Any toy dealers out there that can help, Just to help you out we are in the Finger Lakes region of NY, 30 miles south of Rochester.Am trying to have the sale mid to late spring and am looking for 100 - 250 toys.

Don't know their rates but these guys south of Sioux Falls, SD do a lot of toy and memorabilia sales. All of them are internet as well as live.
Toy auctions

They usually are around 10% around here. Toys would be just like a house hold auction. The values would be much the same unless you have some real rare stuff. The SKY high prices on toys has come and gone. The trend is lower prices. Know quite a few guys that go/sell at the big toy show at Dyersville, Ia. every year. They all say the prices of the stuff that really sells is about 20% down. Many guys still fishing for the big dollars but those items are getting real hard to sell. Way fewer buyers.

I've never seen a picker like the 2 row pull MM picker made by Cottonwood, only 100 made. Bet that will bring a healthy price. Wouldn't they be ahead to have it open to online bidding?
