Mustn't mention politics, mustn't mention politics, mus---OH the heck with it, bummer and his missus couldn't fit in that thing, even if he was sittin on her ample lap! There, I feel much better!!
 
Looks to me like a politicians parade vehicle where they both sit in the back seat and wave while the b**s** is flung far and wide.
 
The man must have had a barnyard full of antique machinery, to draw from, along with a tremendiously active imagination. I really like the planter boxes for headlights, but doubt that I would have used a sprocket for a steering wheel.
