1924 McCormick Deering

I am interested in selling a 1924 McCormick Deering tractor and don't know where to begin. It is missing a gas tank and fender and needs lots of work. It has been setting in a field for many years. Any advice is appreicated.
 
BB, list it here in photo ads. You don"t have to have an asking price you could take offer.
But without photos you will have a hard time.

Where is it located ? Location makes a big differance. If its as you describe, probably what scrap iron would bring.
 
oldiron is right! pictures are worth a thousand words and a few extra dollars. If it were mine I would consider parting it out and what parts don't sell then take them to the scrap yard. If it has steel wheels they are worth a bit. You can even take the lugs off and sell them separate but that's a lot of work but I have done it before.

Do you know what model it is? My guess it is a 10-20 or a 15-30, or it could be a Regular too I guess. For starters it would help to take some pictures and post them here. Considering it's condition, it is worth what it would bring as scrap iron, although I hope you do NOT send it to the scrap yard.
 
McC-Drg/IH are not my thing, so I can't comment specifically but'll make some general suggestions by email thru the system (if nothing comes thru post here)
