Had over a foot of partly cloudy - drifts some were more like 2 feet.... Took me and the old pickup almost 8 hours to dig out, so"s we could do chores, etc. Well, I did dig out a couple neighbors, but that was only an hour or so. Figgered I better push it back pretty well, forecast is for temperatures about zero tonight, so anything not moved out of the way will be a lot harder tomorrow!

Had about 8 inches down by me. (South of Grand Rapids). Used the blower and took about 1 1/2 hr. to dig out. stuff is melting now with all the sun we are getting.

I am up between Lake City and Houghton Lake and I got between 12 and 14 inches Skisteer took care of it. Big pile for the grndkids to sled on now

Must be two different worlds. A huge nonevent here. I made a couple of passes around the driveway with the box scraper just because I had it out to scrape out the floor of the bunker silo so it didn't get packed down and turn to ice. Just for the heck of it I measured along side where I'd scraped. Measured from six to eight inches. Stuck the tape in some other snow, measured seven. The plows had already gone by when I got up,so the road was good. They hadn't been down the gravel roads, but the two wheel drive cars and trucks were going up and down them alright. Didn't really have any wind,so it didn't drift.
The whole thing must have arched right up over us. Just a big yawn.

We were supposed to get 3-5" in the SE corner here..

When I came to the house from the barn last night around 11, it was sleeting/freezing raining.

I haven't been feeling well today so I haven't been out, but looking out the back door I see about 2 inches on the back porch.. We did have some stiff winds coming out of the north here a while ago (I could feel the breeze and see the curtains wiggling) so I imagine we have some small drifts around.

Sure was a waste of effort to get the snowplow and tractor ready last night though.. LOL

The sun this afternoon took care of it here in Souyth Central Michigan. A bit of freezing rain overnight, but roads were ok in the afternoon.

12" measured here, very little wind. 2 wheel drives especially cars were having difficulty on the roads last night/this a.m, south newaygo county.

Too much hype here in western Genesee county from the weather guesser. 4 inches or so. 35mph winds this morning made a few drifts here and there.

Hardest part was getting on the driveway this morning in the dark and seeing where I was going, almost a whiteout.

I figured I got 6-7 inches with my unofficial measurement in Grand Blanc. I'm 50 miles south of Saginaw where I believe they got around 12 inches. Schools and everything was still closed around here. I went to the Dr. office at 9AM with no problem, although I drove my 4 wheel drive truck.

I was in Coopersville yesterday and they had over a foot of snow, roads were plowed but had snow on them
