Went and brought home the Derringer the first. Son made the shoulder holster for it so we could use it as in CCW. Took two days to complete.In the instruction booklet there is several pages inference to minors under 18 years old, and makes reference to young folks on the farm. Real interesting reading. I learned a lot but still waiting for warmer weather to see how much it will dislike me lol. Don't want to further damage these old hands, cause I'm waiting for an invitation to perform in Carnagy Hall. LOL.

Yes its a 45LC /410 Shotgun.Just for clarification,not a sawed off one,lol.Able to shoot 45 Long Colts and or 410 shotgun shells in either barrel.

I have a TC Contender that I had the 45LC /410 barrel it ten times the gun that you have if you shoot that thing you better be close to hospital because you going to need it.
Mine kicked like a mule with the 45 and twice as bad with the 410.
That round stock will roll around in your hand and brake your thump or fingers.

Was wondering if you used a one hand hold on the grip or a two handed grip? I shoot my 44 magnum and I'm sure the recoil is just as alarming if not a bit stronger. I intend to use a two handed hold so as not to have the grip spin and ruim my hand or fingers.Now I am wondering if your problem is with all Zderringer makes. Would be interesting to know. Thanks for the reply. LOU
 
Your son made the holster? Does good leather work. I'm guessing that he does that regularly, going by the good quality craftmanship. If he doesn't, he certainly could and may want to consider it. Very good, talented work.
