Edit Previous Posts

You just need to be logged-in the same as when you posted the original posting. Then use the "modern" view. When you look at your post/reply there will be a box in your post/reply showing the word "edit". It will be right by the reply and e-mail buttons. You can change the body of a post but not the original subject line. You can even delete the entire body of the post but not the subject line.

This is a minor thing but edit box will be at the top RH corner with the reply & quote boxes. Email box on Modern view is at the lower part of page. Option to edit only remains in effect for a set period of time and then the edit function won't work.

This feature is one more reason I like Modern view over Classic View.
 
You need to use modern view to edit posts.

Also, it only works for a limited time. Once your modern view post appears in classic view, you can no longer edit it.

Tx Jim is right - can only make an edit for a number of days, then edit function is disabled.
