JDB 01-26-2013 17:29:00 173.190.169.105 Report to Moderator	Finally changed the battery in the pickup. Bought the PU used in 2001. Never put a battery in it till now. Battery started getting weak this winter so changed it out. Old one was a Diehard gold series. Replacement is a Walmart. Before you start ragging on Walmart batteries, I have one that has been in a tractor for 9 years now [Reply]   [No Email]

We got him started, and he drove it a couple days, about 4 hours a day, charger on it overnignt - never could bring it back. Returned it to the dealer, got a replacement. Only had it in use for 13 months. Had an 18 month free replacement guarantee, so he did OK, but I wasn"t impressed in the life of that battery. [Reply]  [No Email]
