KEH,

Trade ya...

In MN we've been having a lot of sub-zero this week. So cold that several cans of soda blew up in the porch (we know better - should have put them in the basement a few days ago).

It was 77 and sunshine yesterday. Not as nice today, only about 56 and cloudy, but better than 28 and winter precip!

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to seeUp here in the foothills of The Blue Ridge, 25 miles North of Greenville,SC it's been 27F all day with freezing rain and sleet. We need it, I found a tick crawling up my arm a few nights ago, dang thing woke me up. Weather prophets are saying it will be near 70 next week. I'll bet the peach & strawberry growers near me are worrying about what the warmer temps in the forecast will do to their crops.

It's supposed to get that warm here on Sunday, going to get the MC out! Not on the road, just from the shop to the garage, and let it run a little outside. Just adjusted valves, what a job, had to remove one camshaft!

Here in NE Pa. today we have a high of 15F. Night before last it went down to - 15F. It"s kind of hard on the grapes and currants as it causes winter kill. I"ll find out in the spring. Ed

Yep, just got back home to Oakway from Pendleton and the roads turned white with sleet especially around Clemson. Truck and trailer slid a bit in one spot. Went to pick up some augers from a friend's house. Truck thermometer read 26 and 27 all the way.

Yeah, I live near Asheboro, NC and the tv says it is 23 degrees here with sleet and freezing rain. The little pond behind the house already had a thin coat of ice, and now that is covered with sleet, it is completely white. Our dog was standing at the door with his legs crossed, but he was afraid to go out because the porch was icy. He finally made it, though.
