Tractors on Vacation

Hey all.
It is -6 here in NY this morning and everyone's summer pictures has me inspired.
In the Fear of Flying post, Brian G mentioned he enjoys flying to the carribean.
Whenever I travel, I always enjoy seeing farm tractors in different places around the world.
I took these pictures last year in Jamaica at a place called YS Falls. It is a beautiful park with a terracing waterfall.
To get to the park you have to take what they call a "Jitney" which is a tractor pulling a wagon with seats. (we call it a hay ride around here).
Anyway, when we got there, I was pleasantly supprised to see an old Massey and a newer Massey as our Jitneys.
As a massey guy, I felt right at home.
So here is the 4275 and 275 in souther Jamaica.

Anyone else got some pics of tractors from vacation?
I had some good ones of some JD's in hawaii but can't find them

We stayed at the Grand Palladium Rosehall suites in Lucea - not far from Montego Bay.
It was my 2nd carrbbean trip (one of the deals with SWMBO for my whole summer being taken up with Hay and every weekend with working on the house/farm is that we take a nice vacation every year) - first one was to the Dominican (Punta Cana), this year we are going to Aruba. Went to Hawaii 3 years ago.
Hawaii was easily the best trip I"ve ever taken.
Jamaica was the 2nd best.
Dominican was 3rd on the list.
We"ll see where Aruba ranks this year.

Here one on the island of St Kitts.

They are picking up the sea weed that washed to clean up the beach.

Took this one 2 years ago

As I have holidayed in America for the last few years, you wouldn't
want to see my photos, you see that stuff every day!
Nice to see some more 'different' Masseys ...Thanks for posting

Daughter did a "study abroad" in Costa Rica, so Mrs. (WA) and I went down for a week when she finished. Toured around a bit, and saw an Oliver 1950 FWA (Detroit) parked next to a building on a palm oil processing plant. It had been there a good long while, and the jungle humidity had taken its toll.

Have to agree with SAMN40. Last few vacations have been in USA and Canada. You guys only have to look out of your door to see the tractors I photographrd.
