Ya got me wondering now, you mentioned Bohatys' tractor yard (sure wish we had pics to show everyone here) and Granger, so do you collect AC tractors? If so, you probably grew up 2 doors East of my grandpas farm on Granger Rd....

Ray,
Im more into the little John Deere Two Cylinders. . . the big AC Guys were the Hendersons if I remember correctly. They had a slick machine shop that would fabricate parts for the tractor shop of dad's back in the day. Saw one of them at the local tractor show at the JVS this year.

Yep, thought maybe you were a Henderson....
I'll get a picture of Bohatys the next time I go by there, it's sad to see all those tractors rusting away. 30 or 40 years ago some of those tractors looked like they could've been driven outta there....

I got a raft of F-12 parts out of there... there was about 10 50-T balers there with the front end of the bale chambers cut off. When I inquired about this, the owner told me that the oil well guys were using them for pump jacks. He said, "I wish I had about 10 more of those things".
