Red Lobster Garlic Cheese Biscuits

2 --- cups bisquick
2/3 - cup of milk
1/2 - cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 - cup melted butter
1/4 - teaspoon garlic salt

Mix Bisquick, milk & cheese until soft balls form. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

Use a spoon to create balls and drop on greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 6-10 minutes (time may vary).

Mix butter & garlic then brush on rolls while still hot on the pan.

Just from my experience, you better make two batches because they won't last long...

Hope you enjoy

Red Lobster serves a garlic cheese biscuit with dinners.
I make those biscuits all the time.
They are very good.
Use really sharp cheddar cheese.

Rocko, Since many folks do not cook much unless they can microwave it they probably never had a good homemade garlic and cheese biscuit with hot butter.
They probably had their first one at Red Lobster so they call the Red Lobster Biscuits.

To make them even better than Red Lobster's with an electric mixer mix the milk with a little soften cream cheese and soften butter and add to the other ingredients.

I'm not sure Rocky. This recipe was given to me and that's its title. I had it laying next to the computer since I printed it off the other day for a party we planned on going to next weekend.

Let me know how you like'em Jay...
When I make them, they're always a big hit with everyone...

Some people are always "pizzed off", they just want to find an excuse that will in their eyes reationalize the outburst that is inevitable.

Others seemingly enjoy giving them a reason to vent.

Still others enjoy sitting back and laughing as the sparks fly!
