706 steering and brakes malfunction when cold out

My 706 works fine in the summer but the steering and brakes do not work below 32 degrees. Happens every winter. Any ideas?

Yeah, don't mess with it when the temp is below 32*.

When is the last time you serviced your hydralic oil and hydralic filter?Sounds like it is full of water...My '7' works at zero degrees.A bit slow at first,but it works.

Water in the system Change the filter, and service it.
