OT- Playoff

I like this board a lot. And I like a lot of the OT posts you find here.
Where else are you going to see another man's fine work on a fireplace, read stuff about the DOT, ask questions about land, a sick cow, big trucks, swathers, welding projects, batteries, guns and heck, even a few questions about tractors?
What I don't understand is is why do people think they have to pollute this fine site with sports.
There are a gazillion places for people to discuss their silly teams and childish games.
I wish there was one small place on the internet where we didn't have to have sports talk.
Sports are bad for America because there's
TOO DARNED MUCH OF THEM. And I really hate to see them here.
 
Horse racing is a sport! Do you dislike that too, or does it bother you that I watch it everyday? By the way they do show tractors on the race track, grooming the track, and moving the starting gate!
 
I like the way your response started out and no offense, but why not just avoid clicking on to a thread that says "OT Playoff" if you don't like sports? Personally I like when underdogs have a good day, like the Ravens did at Denver. They'll need another good one today.
 
Are wet t-shirt contests a sport? Next time maybe, I'll just start a thread about that. By the way, it's after 9:30, and the Ravens have a three score game with 2 minutes left. Guess it's gonna be the brothers going at it in the Super Bowl!!!!
 
Jerry......how many years ago did I meet you, about you might be buying a grain drill that I had for sale.....you wanted one for a deer plot.....and over the years, we have so much in common in regard to interests,......even tho we haven't seen each other for years. BUT, if you still want to learn how to plow.....yeah, I'll hook up the 5 or 6 bottom for you!!!. Oh, crap, I just remembered....I sold the 5, so, it's either the 4 or 6!!!! Either way, always fun to see your posts here!
 
Same way I feel about "why doesn't everyone quit posting things I'm not interested in" post's....Ya don't like 'em, quit READING them. And especially so, if you don't like 'em QUIT REPLYING to them.

There. Isn't that simple.
 
Great job by the Ravens; glad to see the Patriots and Brady and Bellicheck go down.

Now--STOP your whining! If you don't like a post, don't read it! Lots of folks on this forum have a wider range of interests than whiners like you.

Go Ravens!!! Take it all the way!! Make Edgar Allen proud that you are named for one of American Literature's most famous poems "The Raven."
