Cattle stolen at sale barn in South Carolina

If someone offers you cheap cattle watch out. Despite being padlocked in a holding pen the D**n thieves made off with 26 head, weighing between 5-600 lbs. each.

Sale Barn should be covered by theft insurance.

I agree Nancy GRRRR! If they catch the thieves, the cattle owner should be allowed to work on this trash with a cattle prod. Even if the sale barn does have liability insurance covering theft, all the owner will get is replacement value if and when they pay up. He's still out about 20K and the profit he might have made until they settle. I believe cattle prices are up now. I reckon everybody should be more alert and careful, everywhere.
