I've been getting letters from various folks about "helping" me get some unclaimed funds. I've checked the state website, but haven't found anything.

Any other tips you can give?

Ms. Nancy, this letter was from a company called MY MONEY MONITOR. I didn't deal with them.They wanted a 10% finders fee. Texas Comptroller's office charged a 1% fee. Mr. Paul I borrowed that handle from a truck driver about 40 years ago. And I can honestly say I'm a thousandaire. At least temporarily. Thanks. Steve.
