Onan 4000 micro quite generator

I posted some time ago about the above generator giving me problems. I just wanted to say thanks to all that had input. What I did was just take it off and give it to a friend of mine that has a small engin repair and he soaked the carb on and off for a couple of days. I then reinstalled it and now is working like it shold.

That thing needs to be run at least once a month. The carb was the weak spot on that unit. Gums up real quick when not used.Also keep a check on the oil.

I have an older heavy duty propane Onan gen. I can't seem to get power to the coil. I read in another post about the two "long" relays in the control panel. Can they be "ohmed out" to find fault? My email is open.
