OT Colloidal silver

Ok, off topic here, I have heard many ads about the remedy not prescribed by doctors, colloidal silver. If you search it online, you can find simple ways of producing it, and people who use it for topical and internal use for keeping away illness. Does anyone on here use it or know anything more about it? Not trying to promote it or make any claims, just wondering if any of you use it.

Yes,we use it,and make it,too.We drink a 'shot' every day,it can also be used as a topical.You can use it as a mouthwash also.Natures own natural 'antibiotic'.The 'generator' is pretty easy to make:3-9v batterys(27 volts),pure silver wire,distolled water,seasalt.How it works is simple,silver is a positive ion,bacteria is a negative.the bacteria(neg) is atracted to the pos(sil) and is 'killed'.Back in the 'dark ages',the plauges that killed so many 'pesants' bypassed a lot of royalty because royals used silver silverware and plates.There was enough silver sluffed to help protect them.The peasants used wood,bone,etc. and were more succeptable to the diseases.(short version)

I know of several friends that think it is the only cure for everything. I cant make a statment for pro or con, and so far I have never tried it, and doubt if I ever will.

It is not a "cure all".All I know is Susan has not been sick since she started taking it almost 3 years ago.She almost died 3 years ago and is 'immunologicaly chalenged'due to diebetes.Does it help?Who knows?We think so.

i used it and made it for many years, felt pretty good for that time, but all it does is kill the germs in your body, thats it it wont do a thing for your broken arm,ect, i stopped using it after i was diagnosed with a heriditory disease which takes a large amount of meds to control, to prevent it from possibly interacting with the meds during the years i used it i dont remember being sick as far as flu, and other germ type viruses

Way back, thats how rich people got the nickname ''bluebloods'' , the tinge their skin and nails took on from eating and drinking from silver services and utensils.

It was NOT the silver that "sluffed" off rather it was the fact the silver surface itself is antimicrobial. You still need to practice proper food handling and hygiene if you want to say healthy.

Is that the same thing they call liquid silver ?

We got some at the health food store and it sure did wonders on the kids for warts. Wet gauze with it and tape it to the wart.Change every day or more ? Boy had a plantar wart on foot and then years later Girl had one by here thumbnail.
