Kruser & Billonthefarm, I had previously posted my interest in seeing Bill's farm and joining the lunch gathering - -unfortunately, I'm sick with the flu symptoms discussed in another note below and won't be able to attend.
And, wouldn't wish this cr@p on anyone else (well, maybe a few in Washington , dc....)

My daughter in law says to cut a onion in half and put each half in a open bowl. Put one bowl next to your bed and the other somewhere in the house. The onion is supposed to absorb the germs and shorten the length of the flu. I haven't been sick to try it out yet. Hope you get to feeling better. Chris
 
Thanks, Chris! Haven't tried the onion in a bowl remedy, but I do believe onions are medicinal and eat a lot of chicken-onion-ramen noodle soup during these episodes. Maybe we oughta start a thread on Flu cures (such as TV's C/R over rocks {:)), eH?
