How about Texas Waffles?

They were easy to identify. A few years ago when traveling in Texas, The continental breakfast offered waffles, and the waffle irons were in the shape of Texas. The only state waffles I have seen, unless you call round Ohio because it is round at both ends. (Groan)

Guess you could make some square ones and call'em Colorado or Wyoming waffles.

We noticed the waffles last summer while traveling in Texas. Thought they were pretty cool and later we had a good laugh thinking about making waffles for say, Tennesee or Florida. States in the middle would be easy. BTW I liked the Ohio joke.
