I'd like to see him drop that in some nice clay ground and see what it would do.
Does that really qualify as plowing as loose as that ground is?

It looks like they disk the ground before they plowed it. Not really plowing to me. Kind of just driving back and forth for a day.

They mentioned the obstacles, 3 ditches and 7 irrigation pivots - or something like that.

Heck, if they"d plowed Allan"s farm they could"ve gone in straight lines all day.

That soil looks like he is plowing a mix of sand and ashes. Heck My JD 314 garden tractor could probably pull a 5 bottom plow in that stuff.

I have never seen a field that big and no way around here could you plow at road speed.

Wow. NH has a 670 horse tractor on the market now. I wonder how many horse that CIH had to pull those plows at road speeds. Had to be over 500.

It's 12.something kilometers/hour or about 7.5 mph. fast, but not road speed.
