Yep,I just was on the Daily News site and saw that. He drove quite a ways to go to work if he was from Shepard. Sad situation. You have to hope the 21 year old's life isn't ruined by this too.

| He's probably looking at some time behind bars, loss of license, and some pretty steep fines, and then there's the civil suits... Ain't going to be over soon.
