Old lawn mower. Who made it

Here is a picture of an old lawn mower out of the book I found. Any idea what company made it. I do know it was around the year 1959 since the book was copy wrote then

If you could blow the picture up you would see it says courtesy of but I'll not fill that in yet so that others might get to have a try as to what it says

Heck that is easy, that fine machine was made by Western Tool & Stamping Co. of Des Moines, Iowa .
