I know that for a fact,... because I full heartedly agree with you on politics in general.
You (like me) ARE a "conservative" at heart,... why you defend gov programs and call fellow conservatives (like Traditional Farmer) "morons", goes completely against your (otherwise) common sense on other political matters.
The money given to farmers through these (taxpayer-funded) programs, are NO DIFFERENT than the money given to the auto-industries in the form of "bail-outs", the only difference between the two, is that the farm program's money is dribbled out to farmers individually and on a more "personal level".
Failing auto-makers AND failing farmers, SHOULD be allowed to fall by the wayside. Otherwise we're darn sure going to wind up as a socialist country. |
