Got some of the first broccoli this week and it is wonderful. No bugs, no worms, no pestisides, nothing but rainwater on this stuff. Cabbage should start giving up some small heads soon. The frost really sweetens them. I also have a polytunnel and we have carrots in there for winter use. My Mrs reckons our garden provides about £2000 worth of veggies and potatoes a year...£40/week approx...So for us our hobby pays! Sam [Reply]  [No Email]
