OT----Need information about eBay changes????

I may have posted this question before, but I can't find it.
When I go to eBay, whether logged in or not, the page is sometimes different. I have searched this question on eBay and on other forums with no good answers.
I am suspecting this difference in appearance is controlled by my PC settings but not sure.
Anyway here is the question---The page I prefer has a "fill in search box" at the very top of the page with a "GO" button.
If I double click the box, I get a drop-down suggestion for the items I have recently searched. This is very helpful since I search for same items frequently.
Without warning this feature no longer works, although it has been working now for several days after a lengthy absence. All other boxes of this type in other sites always works, which means the problem is only with eBay.
This is no big problem, but I am hoping a simple fix can be suggested.

Does it not do anything or does it offer suggestions? On mine it sometimes reverts to offing suggestions and in the lower right hand corner is an arrow or some kind of icon that let's you turn off suggestions and see history

It is not your computer. Nothing you can do about it. It is only Ebay trying to fix things which are not broken. Or in other words, if it ain't broke, we'll fix it until it is.

That's eBay always f---ing with something that works. You used to be able to place a maximum bid on several items and as soon as you won one of them the other bids were cancelled. I liked that because I could go about my business instead of watching the bids all day.

You can place the blame on the puter folks, most often younger. They think that if something isn't changed that it's out dated so places like Ebay had to update stuff for no other reason than keeping people thinking that they are staying on top and in the fast lane of technology.

Not sure if everyone understands the problem? This problem goes-and-comes. Right now it's like I want it, but tomorrow it will probably change.
I guess what I am asking is if anyone else has noticed this?

You can click on classic view and that will take you back to the way you like it. It should show up on the top right side of the page.

It depends on which page you are on, and what day it is. Has nothing to do with your computer.

I have never seen a "GO" button on ebay. If it literally says "GO" then you have installed a malware program on your computer that sends you to a site pretending to be ebay, and is harvesting all your personal information.

That could be possible--although I have Super-Anti-Spyware---and Malware Bytes, that I run regularly.
