OT: Yahoo mail ?

Anyone know what causes this to come up or how to correct it when logging in to Yahoo mail?? Thanks,Jim

I tried to get my Yahoo email yesterday and I couldn't get into email until I told them who my favorate uncle was. I guess I don't have a favorate uncle because none of the names worked.

We use Yahoo Mail, too. Never saw that come up, Might try deleting your internet files and cookies, that fixes most problems with logging in.

Haven't seen that one but it hasn't let me log in for 2 weeks using IE. Keeps telling me cookies are not enabled even though they are. I have to use Chrome to check my e mail.

Funny thing is my daughter was visiting the other day & managed to log in to her account. She's still logged in & every time I click the log out button IE crashes and closes.

What version of IE is that? We went to Chrome full time. No more issues. Wife is Happy Browser, So I am a happy guy.

Was using IE 9 until I started having the log in issues. Went to IE 10 but it's the same deal. Chrome works good but I'm more used to IE.

Are you using a bookmark/favorite or some other type of link
or desktop shortcut to get to your email?
If so you might try going straight to their website. Yahoo!

I Googled the problem and their suggestion was to log off and log back on.

Mine has been working ok, I've got the spam filter sending thousands of spams to the spam folder, but my wife has her's set not to filter spam, yet she gets lots of messages in the spam folder. Can't make it stop doing that. We use the Classic, not the New Version. Did you delete your Cookies and Internet files? Can't figure why your email address don't work, unless you've been hijacked......
