Just completed putting on a Quick-Tach on a Schwartz loader. I should have done this years ago. Nothing like changing the bucket to forks in minutes. I bought this one from Hayspear.com

If that changed it over to the standard skid steer plate I hope you do not have any problems with it. JD made that available on their smaller tractor loaders ten years ago or so. The trouble is that a tractor can put more down force on the hook up than most skid steers can. So after the attachment wears a little they will unhook the bucket pretty easily. Had a friend drop his bucket into his running TMR wagon. Cost him about two grand to fix the wagon and the bucket.

JD, that's really good to know. I"ve got a (new to me...390 hours total) John Deere 5055E tractor that I put the skid steer plate on. I have a 252 B Cat skid steer and it made sense to be able to interchange the attachments from skid steer to tractor. The hydraulics on that little tractor are amazing. It will lift WAY more than it probably should given the size of the tractor. This is the handiest little fwa tractor I've ever owned. THanks for the heads up on the down pressure situation on the loader!
