Hyster forklift steering

I have a hyster 80 dual wheel forklift the steering has quit on it . The lift works fine. I changed the hydraulic pump belt because it was squeezing real bad. Put the new one on everything worked great for about 3 days then the steering just quit. The belt is tight. It has plenty of hydraulic oil in it. What could be wrong?

Look at the steering linkage to see if the end of the bellcrank broke off. High fatigue area here, forklifts are often steered while not rolling, while maneuvering in tight spots.

After looking at it again my power steering pump pulley is turning but not the shaft all the time . I think I stripped a key off . Has any body ever removed a pulley off the shaft do i need a puller? I will take it off and let you know. Thanks
