Had to put some aluminum trim back on the old farm house,it blew off during the storm,A friend of mine pre bent the pieces on his brake,While I was up on the ladder I took a picture. Also saw a guy combining corn on a side road. Not much else to report.I was there Friday doing the repairs,and many other repairs that needed to be done before it gets windy and cold. Its raining here in nj right now. ,,,,Larry

I like the view from up there. I have been known to climb up on top of the house for a better view of the sunset on occasion. I am sure the people who drive by must think I have lost my mind, and maybe they are right.

Beautiful, old country home you and your wife have. Geez, looks big.

I LOVE the shot of the combine showing the edges of your truck window...and best of all is the reflection of the farm in your rear view mirror.

Going to half to remember that perspective and try to capture something similar. Very cool!
 
I can not lie to you ,I did not plan all the stuff your keen eye saw! lol But,if you look at the long distance shot off the ladder you will see a field off in the distance that was limed ,it looks like snow,but it is lime
 
Down in that valley used to be a general store, hotel ,post office and bar all in one building . The building is still there ,here is a picture of it...Ill take some better pictures of it sometime and post them for you,The fellow that lives in the building sells his homegrown local honey there once in a while,but the building is just a residence now,The bar and store is all intact,a nice pressed tin cieling and all.
